× Project Brief – fill it out and let’s do a discovery call
× Proposal – based on your brief, I’ll put a package together of the things you need help with – including the price
× Putting Pen To Paper – once the proposal is signed off, I’ll get started on creating delicious & persuasive copy
× Pen Pals – let’s stay in touch once the job is wrapped up
In order for me and your brand to become buds, you gotta tell me everything.
That’s why I ask you to complete a Project Brief.
*Yes, you have to fill it out and no, you can’t weasel your way out of it 😆
The Project Brief allows me to solve your copy dilemma, so I consider it très importante.
I ask a lot of questions. Being nosy thorough is key.
*If filling out a brief is not your thang, let’s jump on a Discovery Call to get into the nitty gritty (brand personality, values & tone of voice)
Then I’ll whip up a proposal that includes what I’ll deliver, in what time frame and how much it will cost.
Once you sign off on the proposal – BOOM – we’re off and running.
I lurrrrve me some research.
I’ll get all Magnum PI on you – consider me your “private eye” (without Tom Selleck’s moustache)
I’ll be watching your competitors, your target audience, industry trends and keywords.
Time for me to get my persuasive copy on.
This is where I’ll present a first draft giving you a chance to review the copy so far.
Your turn.
You’ll review and make notes before I move onto the second draft and we repeat this step again.
I want you to fall in love the copy, so you get two FREE rounds of revisions.
My aim is to always nail it on the first go, but sometimes it can take a few rounds to get it groovin’.
If you need drafts beyond the first two, my fingertips are still at your service, but it will come at an extra cost.
Once you’ve signed off, your delicious & persuasive copy goes to a professional proofreader.
Then I’ll hand it over to you.
*cue happy dance*
We did it – we officially made magic together.
You can take your new copy and share it with the world.
And don’t worry, I won’t pull a ‘Houdini’ and disappear on you.
In fact, I consider myself a pretty awesome pen pal, so let’s stay in touch.
Always love hearing how the copy’s working out.
